Dr. Paul grew up in Etobicoke, Ontario. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph and was accepted into the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) program. Graduating from OVC in 2012, he then moved to PEI to complete a 1-year companion animal surgery and medicine internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC). Dr. Paul moved to Nova Scotia, where he practiced as a small animal locum and emergency veterinarian. During this time, Paul realized his interest in dermatology, internal medicine, and preventative care. In 2015 Dr. Paul moved back to Ontario working full time as a small animal associate veterinarian. In those 5 years, Paul has gained a keen desire to help itchy animals with allergies but also gained more experience in general surgery, dental assessment, and treatment. Focusing on client education, preventative care, and overall pet comfort, Dr. Paul is excited to offer the best medicine options to your furry loved ones. Dr. Paul lives in Keswick with his wife and their three cats, Squish, Bear, and Dummie. He spends his free time playing tennis, hockey, ultimate frisbee, and gardening, but especially enjoys hiking and the splendors of Northern Ontario.
